Matt Thomas is a sole practitioner with over 35 years of experience in the legal field. Areas of specialization include municipal assessing and taxation, tax increment financing, and real estate law. Previous appointments include adjunct professorships, and positions within municipal government as City Solicitor, Development Counsel, Special Counsel, and Tax Title Attorney. Matt holds a BA from Boston College and a JD from the New England School of Law. Matt is a current member of the Legislative Committee of the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officials and a former member of the Amicus Committee of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association.
