We provide representation to Massachusetts Municipalities relative to real estate and personal property taxation including Abatements, and Appeals to the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. We also provide representation to Massachusetts Municipalities in Appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court.
Matt currently provides representation to the Boards of Assessors of the Cities of Attleboro, Fall River, and Woburn, and the Towns of Andover, Berlin, Carver, Cohasset, East Bridgewater, Gill, Groton, Halifax, Ipswich, Kingston, Lexington, Marion, Mattapoisett, Middleborough, North Andover, Plympton, Saugus, Swansea, including representation at the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, and consultation on general assessing matters.
Matt also regularly presents at MAAO and various County Assessor Association sponsored conferences, webinars and meetings.
