Matt provides legal services regarding:
- the purchase and sale of real estate;
- resolution of clouds on title; and
- claims of adverse possession.
Matt is a Land Court Title Examiner, and as such, provides title examinations in various registered land, and municipal tax lien foreclosure matters.
Matt has served as a Guardian Ad Litem, and a Military Attorney, in municipal tax lien foreclosure matters at the Massachusetts Land Court.
