Matt presents at BCAA Spring Meeting
mjt / 0 Comments /On Thursday, May 9, 2019, Matt presented “Assessing Condominiums: Present Interests, Uncommon Elements, and Common Sense” to the members of the Bristol County Assessors Association at their Spring Meeting at the Fall River Government Center. During the presentation, Matt reviewed the Appeals Court decision in R.I. Seekonk Holdings v. Board of Assessors of Seekonk. Matt also discussed various issues involved with assessing mixed use condominiums and commercial condominiums.
