Matt Presents at Bristol County Assessor Association Annual Meeting
mjt / 0 Comments /On Friday, December 7, 2018, Matt presented “It’s a Holiday Grab Bag” to the members of the Bristol County Assessor Association at their Annual Meeting at the Fall River Country Club. During the presentation, Matt reviewed portions of the Commonwealth’s new SMART Program, developments in assessing Class 504 property, collection procedures associated with Clause 41A Real Estate Tax Deferrals, and the recent Massachusetts Appeals Court decision in Rauseo v. Brown, 18-P-288.
Matt would like to thank the members of the Bristol County Assessor Association for their hospitality, and congratulate the newly elected officers of the Association.
